Why are some products not in stock?
As the products are all made to order in cooperation with artisans in Sierra Leone. Production is dependent on the available materials which may differ across seasons. When a new batch of products is ready, we need to get them ready for shipment, which may also take some time. Waiting is part of the process of ordering these one-of-a-kind products and this makes it only more fun to receive the product after the journey it has travelled!
I did not receive my package.
