Ordering & Shipping

All prices shown are including VAT, excluding shipping costs.

You can order with or without an account.

We only show items on our website that are in stock. In the event, that you have ordered an item that for some reason is not available, we will contact you to find a solution.

If you are a retailer, please send us an email and we will help you.

Order Confirmation

When you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment

You can pay your order with iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, Creditcard or SEPA Bank Transfer (account name: Stichting Aurora, Bank name: ABN AMRO, IBAN: NL65ABNA0115733582, BIC/Swift: ABNANL2A).

Change or Cancel an Order

If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sweetsalone@aurorafoundation.is. We can only change or cancel your order if we have not started processing it.

Shipping

We only ship to countries within the European Union (EU).

The shipping address can be different from the billing address. You can specify this at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany applies to all orders above € 50,00.

For orders under € 50,00, we will charge € 4,95 for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For the shipping cost to other countries, please see the table below.

Delivery Time

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days. For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany orders will be shipped with PostNL.  For the other EU countries, orders will be shipped with DPD.

We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping confirmation

Once we have packed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking code. The tracking code will allow you to view the current status of your package.
