Company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions contained in these Terms at any time and from time to time at its sole discretion without your prior consent. Subject to applicable law, the method of notification will be left to the Company’s sole discretion.

Company may disclose, after acquiring prior consent from the client to third parties, that you are a client of the Company, the general nature of the Service in which the Company has helped you. Additional information on the Services supplied to you may be disclosed by the Company without your consent if such information has entered the public domain before disclosure.
Products, Pricing, and Availability
While every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of our Products are available and correspond to the actual Product that you receive, We are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the Product may vary since each product is handmade and unique.
All pricing information on the Website is correct when going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers occasionally and as necessary.
If prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Services and Us processing that order and taking payment, then the price that was valid at the time of the order shall be used.
Orders and Provisions of Services
Advertisements of goods and services provided by the Company on its Website constitute a public offer. You can accept the public offer by placing an order.
Order confirmations will be sent to you before the Services begin and shall contain the following information:
- Confirmation of the Products ordered;
- Fully itemized pricing for the Services ordered, including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery, and other additional charges;
If we, for any reason, do not accept your order, no payment will be taken under normal circumstances. In any event, you’ll be refunded any sums you paid in relation to that order within 7 calendar days.
Payment for the Services shall be taken via your chosen payment method immediately at the time of purchase.
We aim to fulfill your Order within the time frame indicated at purchase. If we can’t complete your Order within a reasonable period, we will let you know when you place the Order by a note on the relevant web page or by contacting you directly after you place your Order.
Company shall use all Our reasonable endeavors to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, commensurate with best trade practice.
If Services are provided that are not in conformity with your order and thus incorrect, you should contact Us immediately to inform Us of the mistake. We will ensure any corrections are made within five (5) working days.
The consumer will be entitled to return the product that has been delivered within a term of 14 days after the product has been received, without stating their reason for doing so, in the manner indicated on the invoice and the website, provided that the product has not been worn/used, is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging.

You agree and acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Company provides under these Terms, may be provided in electronic form.

Orders and shipping
All prices shown are including VAT, excluding shipping costs for orders within the EU. If orders come from outside the EU, tax will be deducted and local tax paid through the customs process.
You can order with or without an account.
We only show items on our website that are in stock. In the event, that you have ordered an item that for some reason is not available, we will contact you to find a solution.
If you are a retailer, please send us an email, and we will help you.
When you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
You can pay your order with iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, Credit/debet card, or SEPA Bank Transfer (account name: Stichting Aurora, Bank name: ABN AMRO, IBAN: NL65ABNA0115733582, BIC/Swift: ABNANL2A).
Change or Cancel an Order
If you want to change or cancel an order, please get in touch with us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only change or cancel your order if we have not started processing it.
We only ship to countries within the European Economic Area (all member states of the European Union as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), as well as to Switzerland and the UK.
The shipping address can be different from the billing address. Please feel free to specify this at checkout.

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days.
We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Once we have packed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking code. The tracking code will allow you to view the current status of your package.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Delivery fees are not refunded.
If you receive your Sweet Salone product and are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) at your own cost. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, i.e. with hang-tags, unworn, clean, and un-washed. We accept returns that are shipped within 30 days of receiving them. Please include a note with all order details, e.g. the name of the customer as it appears on the order and the order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund for the original order, the returned item(s) will be refunded but shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable insured service. Aurora cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
If you had to pay customs or taxes, please note that the amount paid will have to be claimed back from local authorities.
Sweet Salone respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy statement we provide information about how we handle your personal data.
Which data and for what purpose
We only process your data for the purpose you provided, and we do not process more than necessary.
We use your data to process your orders quickly and correctly and carry out sales analyses and personalized marketing campaigns. We will ask for your permission if we want to use your data for another purpose.
If you place an order with Sweet Salone, we would like your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, and payment details to process your order and to keep you informed of the progress. In your Sweet Salone account, we store your name and address, e-mail address, telephone number, and delivery and payment details, so you do not have to re-enter it with every new order. When you place an order or access your Sweet Salone account, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This makes the information unreadable to third parties. You can check this via the lock in your web browser and the ‘s’ after http in the web address.
Provision to third parties
We may be able to provide the data you provide to third parties (processors) if necessary for the purposes described above.
We use a third party for the payment system.
We make the necessary arrangements with these processors to guarantee the security of your data. Furthermore, we will only provide the information you provide to other parties if this is required by law. Other than that, we will not share personal data with third parties without asking for your permission.
We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
We only store your data for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.
